Preliminary Reservations
We would be delighted to hold a accommodation for you for three working days to give you time to confirm details with other members of your party.

To Secure Your Booking
We require a completed booking form and a deposit (please see terms & conditions). Please read our booking conditions before confirming your booking.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of your signed booking form and necessary payments we will issue a confirmation invoice and it is only at this stage that your booking is confirmed. Please check your confirmation invoice carefully and inform us within 10 days should any changes need to be made.

Deposit and Final Balance Payment
In order to confirm the reservation we require a deposit of 50% of the booking cost. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE, please read terms & conditions for exceptions and payment breakdowns. The balance is payable 8 weeks before your arrival.

Immediate Bookings
All bookings which are immediate or within 8 weeks of arrival with us must be paid in full upon booking.

Should you wish to apply for special consideration for a late cancellation please contact us at your convenience.

Loyalty Discount
If you have stayed with us at any time before, a 10% discount is given.

Empty Bed Supplement
No empty bed supplements are payable
if 2 adults share a room, otherwise brochure price less 15%.

Extra Beds
Our prices are per accommodation which have standard beds.
Some of the rooms can take an extra bed. The extra beds are available
at half the standard price if one group fills all the standard beds.

Children
For the purpose of pricing, adults are deemed to be those 13 years and over
at the time of travel. Children under the age of 13 occupying any bed will be provided a 25% discount to their portion of the total party cost. Cots are available on request.

Linen for Standard no. of Beds.
